Balco Ladies Club organised a grand annual festival fair.
BALCONAGAR, November 25, 2025 /// The annual "Utsav Mela 2025" was organized by the Ladies Club of Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO). Mr. Rajesh Kumar, CEO, BALCO, and Mrs. Manisha Kumar, President of the BALCO Ladies Club, inaugurated the fair by cutting the ribbon. Organized to celebrate the Club's achievements and rich heritage on the occasion of its glorious 52 years, the fair became a symbol of unity, enthusiasm, and community engagement for the BALCO family.
Over 500 members of the BALCO family enthusiastically participated in the fair and enjoyed a variety of cultural performances and family entertainment. People of all age groups were full of energy and enthusiasm at the fair. Over 20 stalls were set up, showcasing delicious cuisine, traditional clothing, handloom products, jewelry, home crafts, games, and entertainment. These stalls not only provided an opportunity for local talent to showcase their skills but also provided a valuable platform for women entrepreneurs to achieve economic empowerment and self-reliance.
Through its annual event, the club provided new direction and momentum to women's leadership, creativity, and entrepreneurship in the community. A variety of cultural programs, including dances, stage performances, competitions, and interactive games, presented by club members and children, filled the atmosphere with joy. Specially designed activities for children, women, and youth further enhanced the fair's appeal and participation. This year's event was more organized, impressive, and participatory than in previous years.
At the conclusion of the event, the Ladies Club officials expressed their heartfelt gratitude to all participants and the BALCO management. They reiterated their commitment to organizing similar inspiring and community-building events in the future.
